Ampersand will bring traditional music to a concert at the Old State House to celebrate Valentine’s Day. Traditional music, but NOT traditional “love songs” – we sing to the love of an Irish castle, unrequited love in the 17th century, modern love gone wrong, and blues songs that both celebrate and lament love in its most elemental form.
The Old State House concert series is presented by Delaware Friends of Folk. These events are supported by a grant from the Kent County Fund for the Arts, and the First State National Heritage Park, a partnership of State and City agencies under the leadership of Delaware State Parks and the Delaware Division of Historical and Cultural Affairs.
